I have been to several nail salons in the East Bay searching for someone who could deliver on the Pinterest photos I showed to them. Simon will deliver those picture-perfect nails quickly and with a level of attention to detail I appreciate, as I am super detail oriented. The prices at this salon are unbeatable too.
