“Have always had great and fast service from here, but $47 to hem 2 pairs of men’s work pants seems outrageous. A few years ago this would run $10-12/each. Definitely check with them the cost before hand because this was far more than expected at pickup (my own fault obviously for not clarifying beforehand).“

She is obviously experienced in alterations etc. I have a small waist and larger hips, so pants never fit well without a tight belt and still wind up bulky and unflattering. I decided to get alterations for the waist of 4 pairs of pants/ jeans and they were perfectly fitted!! I literally couldn't find where they were altered. “I can't speak highly enough about this place and the people here - I am so grateful to have found them. Over the past year, I have had many items dry cleaned and they have done an incredible job. Many of the items had been brought to other dry cleaners previously and the stains were not removed - it was Hail Mary to bring them in here and they look like new! They are very reasonably priced, I mean I would have paid much more for these services, but price is subjective. It is a 30 min drive from my house, but I will never get anything dry cleaned anywhere else. I wish I had before/after photos to share.“

“We lived in Lafayette from 2021 to 2025, and, early on, I turned to Eun (the owner and proprietor) at the family-owned Mama's Cleaners. They do a great job in general, and Eun in particular is friendly, efficient, and eagle-eyed when it comes to clothing of all types. She and her husband managed to get some stains out of clothing that I thought might be there for good. Eun is also a talented seamstress: She altered lots of clothes for us, and I know she does a brisk business in Scout uniforms, if you need patches sewn on. I've always thought that the prices were more than reasonable. Excellent location on the (west) Reservoir side of Lafayette: Near a lot of things (Trader Joe's, CVS, Chase, the post office) that you might be frequenting already. Easy parking. Highly recommended.
