“I walked in to set up a appointment a little bit just before closing, The staff was really amazing!!, I was kinda blown back away on how professional and nice they were, especially Britain and Alondra that helped me out!. They helped me set up a appointment, it was super fast it didn't take no more than 5 mins, I left the office super happy !!.“

“10:30am 1/8/25 visit scheduled. By 10:37am, initial check-in and test by a tech was completed. Waited until 11:35 in exam room for physician. No complaints about quality of care, but scheduling is atrocious. Not unusual to wait greater than 40 minutes for the physician!“

“Crisp Vision Optometry and Dr. Sethi offer considerate care to their patients, and are one of the few who offer dry eye treatment called MiBo. Dry eye can occur for a number of reasons, especially by staring at a computer screen or driving a car for hours on end. Have you ever had an eye pain that felt like a sharp pain (like needles) in your eye? It could be dry eye…an unrelenting pain so painful that it hurts to even open your eyes. A soldier survives with his/her vision. For you who have dry eye, this is a life-enhancing treatment, and well worth it. I highly recommend.“

“I want to counter the really pretty awful string of reviews about Doctor Friedman. Granted he isn't very warm or touchy-feely, but he is intelligent and professional and he answered all of my questions at length - he was very prompt. But you have to be prepared to ask those questions. If you don't ask, he won't volunteer- he's not a natural teacher. The office was humming along on time, the front office was very courteous, efficient and friendly. That may have been the trouble in the past - as doctors are sometimes judged on how well the front office is functioning, which is obviously a mistake.. If the front office is dysfunctional, the doctors are judged on this despite their professional abilities. That's a shame. Granted, I didn't have any surgical procedures done today, but he did efficiently address my medical issues and as I said answered all my questions. He also takes Medicare.“
