Have one business with Spex 454 over the last few years, as they carry Oliver Peoples glasses. For the most part service has been great until now. I took 2 pair of prescription sunglasses and one pair prescription glasses to have Rx. updated. This was on 2/10/24. I hadn't heard anything for 4 weeks and called to hear about status of my glasses. I was told they had not come in yet, and the frame of my regular prescription glasses had broken. They stated the were warranted and a new pair would be coming. I Stopped by on around March 22nd to check on status of my glasses as I had again not heard anything. Bryanna was behind counter and produced my sunglasses and apologized...read full review
Dr. Li is wonderful, very professional, and great with kids. She is very kind and helpful. Her staff is also great. Our whole family has been going to Spex 454 for years, and we highly recommend.
Dr Le is a true professional and personable. I received my yearly eye checkup for contact and eyeglass prescription. She explains things very clearly and informatively. I appreciated that she took her time and was very efficient. The staff deserves 5 stars too for their customer service, friendly and on top of things! Thank you Dr Le & Staff.
