The project was challenging for a variety of reasons not the least of which was it was done 100% remotely which Mehdi taking the reigns for project management as part of his stellar general contractor services. “We had Expert Carpet Care come out and clean our carpets which were overdue for it. Our neighbors used them and we both purchased our carpets from the same store. They were one of the companies recommended. Our technician Hayden arrived on time. He measured and gave us the price. We felt it was a fair price and he immediately started vacuuming the areas. “After removing the carpeting that had been in place for approximately 24 years, the original hardwood floors in my 1923 California bungalow (living room, dining room and hallway) looked beyond repair. I took Kevin‘s good advice to sand them before making a decision about completely replacing them. Glad I listened to Kevin! After the floors were sanded, it was an easy decision to replace the small areas that were beyond repair and then refinish the floors. I am super happy with the outcome! Reasonable price, too!
