I came in for a hair coloring service with natural shampoo, and from the beginning to the end, Tien was very attentive, caring, and professional. She has wonderful skills and very gentle but firm hands. The massage she provided for my face, neck, and scalp was absolutely relaxing and made the experience feel like a true moment of self-care.

Tien was very thoughtful throughout the entire service. She checked with me to make sure the water temperature was comfortable and was very careful and gentle while doing the facial waxing. When she was drying my hair, she kindly offered me water and snacks, which showed her attention to the little details that make a customer feel special.

I also appreciated the great communication and teamwork between Tien and the young lady at the front desk, who was also very friendly and welcoming.

Seema is absolutely fantastic. She did my eyebrow threading and a hair wash and blowout, and she worked so quickly in 25 mins while still delivering amazing quality.

Before application of products she asked my consent and walked me through what exactly would be done.
