I went to User Friendly today to see if they could fix my botching of a Linux/Ubuntu laptop. I'm a complete newbie and was concerned I had lost my data, but Chris at User Friendly was confident he could at the very least help recover data.

Not 30 minutes later, Chris called me telling me he had done a quick look over my system and had already fixed it during his initial diagnosis. When I came in, he explained what went wrong, and even proceeded to tell me how to get the drivers working that were the initial reason I messed up the LINUX firmware.

All of that, and NO CHARGE. I'm definitely coming back here if I experience any more laptop issues, Linux or otherwise.
