“Matt and the folks at User Friendly Computing are just that: friendly and super effective at repairing computers. I am self-employed and rely on my laptop for work and was nervous there would be downtime while I got it repaired. Matt took my computer in on Friday and made a same day assessment of what the problem likely was. He called and explained to me his process and what he thought the likely culprit was. He then ordered the part which arrived on Saturday and the computer was ready to go on Monday. Super fast turn around, super welcoming staff. These guys are awesome. I will surely be a returning customer.“
“Jeff from Seabreeze was wonderful to work with and got a very challenging meed accomplished for me for my home-based business.I had a custom built by another company one year old computer in my upstairs office and due to health issues needed to set up a workstation in my dining room nook as I can no longer pull the staircase but still have to run a my business Mon-Fri.Jeff and a friend who is a tech consultant worked together over emails to help me buy the right products within my budget to set up my new satellite office downstairs with the printer and all the peripheralsHe set up the system so it backs up automatically night;y so I don't have to worry about do9ng it and installed 1 TB hard drive on each as I do design bid quotes and moreIt was seamless and I lost no business operating time.He came out several times, had a very reasonable rate which also fit my budget it was not an easy situation to deal with the staircase and all the peripherals and my grandma brain to as well but he was very patient with me and Jeff got it done efficiently and professionally.I'm going to be asking him to come out here once or twice a year just to check everything for me and make sure all is running properly and get rid of viruses etc.I can't recommend Jeff enough if you've got problems with your tech small to medium business office or you need good know-how to add or do a new set up for a reasonable rate then definitely contact Jeff he knows what he's doing is reliable and trustworthy and a pleasure to work with“
“Eric is an extremely knowledgeable computer expert. A friend who had used his services referred him to me a couple of years ago. He has worked on my old computer and printer and now my new Dell Inspiron 17 laptop since June, 2018. This spring I purchase a new HP printer and had trouble setting it up and he came and took care of it. I had spent 1 1/2 hours with Dell Support Services a couple of days ago and they were unable to find the problem I was having and today Eric did! I have had him help with 2 of my elderly neighbors and he was very kind and patient with them. I highly recommend him!“
