Scott refinished our 25 year old oak hardwood floors that had turned orange over the years. There was a lot of damage including some water damage from years of use. Scott gave a very fair price and he and his team did a great job. I was pleased with how well the dust containment system worked. There was certainly dust but not to bad. They were right on time and were very considerate. The floors look wonderful. We wish we would have done it sooner. We would highly recommend the company.

No wonder Scott's company has a five star rating. He was not the lowest cost of the three companies we got bids from, but I'm certain he was the best value. Not only are we thrilled with the finished result, but really pleased at the quality of the workmanship, and the excellent communication throughout the process. Scott was honest and transparent in his quote, including time and materials, for that portion of the work, which was truly and known until he removed the many termite-damaged areas.Scott noticed issues when he came to our house that we were oblivious to but really affected the quality of the job. He kept us current by email with any changes, decisions or issues along the way. We chose to upgrade the baseboard from the standard that was included, and Scott made that really easy, recommending The Moulding Company where we went to choose. Rodney and Darren have been with him for Rodney and Darren have been with him for 40 years combined, and they are total pros. They even spotted a few unrelated problems in our house in the course of the project, which we were able to correct and probably saved us a lot of money and hassle. They also gave us a variety of stain samples on the final sanded floor and several days to decide on the color before the sealer coats were applied. Our 70-year old floors were in really bad shape-- in fact one guy told us they couldn't be repaired-- but Scott's guys have given us what looks like a practically new floor, with the gorgeous old red oak planks really shining (not literally, since we chose a satin finish). The color and grain look just beautiful!
