The staff is helpful and friendly. This includes the front desk, the PTs and their technicians. They all keep a watchful eye on my progress and help me perform exercises correctly.
I feel that PT & PTA truly care about my recovery and wellbeing. They spend time in listening what the patience is experiencing and customize the plan. I particularly like that PTs consult each other at times whereas in the other offices, PTs don't talk to each other at all regarding their patients' treatments. The front desk has been very helpful, accommodating and they inform me of the scheduling, payment, insurance issues in a timely manner.
