I absolutely can not say enough about this company! I would give them a 100 star if possible! I purchased a outdoor fire-pit from Sears online for $1,200. It took three months for it to arrive. When my contractor put it together and tried to fire it up, it didn't work.I called Sears and they refused to help, they said I purchased from their online which is a third party. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS ONLINE! THEY DON'T BACK UP THEIR PRODUCTS! To add to my stress, I tried reaching out to the Seller, which didn't help either. The Seller said he had nothing to do with it once it was shipped out. I called numerous fire place stores to see if they could help repair. No one… read full review

I recently got my fireplace repaired and the aesthetics improved. The job Kings Fireplace performed was outstanding. The technician, Yali, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me understand not only what I needed to get done but also how it will improve our home's value. I am more than satified with the quality, timeliness, and integrity of the work.
