Gleicher/Chen Health Center in Baldwin Hills has been providing exceptional healthcare services since 2017. The center is known for its amazing black doctors who have consistently delivered high-quality care to their patients. The dental clinic, in particular, has been a source of pure dental bliss for patients for the past six years. The team, including receptionists, lab techs, and dental staff, are all friendly, professional, and compassionate, working together like a well-oiled machine. The health center has implemented a patient portal for easy communication with doctors, allowing patients to request refills, ask questions, and receive answers directly from the healthcare providers. While the center is already kind and professional, some areas for improvement include increasing phone pickups for scheduling and adjustments and shifting one weekday schedule to Saturday to accommodate patients with different work schedules. Overall, Gleicher/Chen Health Center is a highly recommended healthcare provider that deserves more funding and staff to continue providing excellent care to the community.

seems like they mostly need funding and shouldn’t pass that stress onto their “patients.” it’s the only place i know to get T but i feel like i have to fight for it. will be looking at other options. everyone deserves gender affirming care
My parents' initial dental examination was a great experience. The office was clean and well-organized. The friendly staff, particularly the dental receptionist, she was so sweet and very helpful in preparing the necessary paperwork. The dentist and assistant were knowledgeable and communicative, providing a clear treatment plan and ensuring my parents felt at ease throughout the process. This was very important to me.
