Hanaa Shenouda was a wonderful lab assistant! I went to get my blood drawn, never a fun experience, but she was so friendly and warm and the experience was virtually painless! Couldn’t believe it was already over.

Dr. Mallouk BEST Doctor Ever! Excellent! Outstanding Doctor and Service. His Nurse Hazel is nice and caring. Baldwin Hills location is Modern and Clean. Outstanding staff, workers and Clerks. Pharmacy is good. Fill prescriptions fast and efficient. Great service! Everyone at this location is so nice and knowledgeable. Best kept Kaiser Permanente secret. Try the avocado toast at South LA Café, directly in front of Kaiser Permanente’s Building. Good Coffee and smoothies.
