Lab assistants are praised for their friendly and warm demeanor, making procedures virtually painless. Dr. Mallouk is hailed as one of the best doctors, with a team of caring nurses, staff, and clerks providing outstanding service. The medical office itself is clean and organized, with a good pharmacy that fills prescriptions efficiently. Additions like the South LA Café, offering good coffee and smoothies, make the experience enjoyable. The eye department is great, and parking is free with always a lot of spaces.
I would like to share some feedback about my experience at the office.
The nurse was kind and helpful, and I appreciated the way she communicated with me and made me feel comfortable during my visit.
I also appreciated the doctor taking the time to see me and address my concerns.
Overall, I believe the staff has the opportunity to make patients feel even more heard, informed, and comfortable by improving communication and making sure patients understand their care before leaving the office.

I received excellent care this morning during a routine visit! 1-Loved the efficiency of the kiosk check-in and the extra oversight by 2 Kaiser staff assigned to make sure there were no hiccups, 2-I was checked in by a nurse who provided extra attentive care and listened to my concerns, and 3-my new PCP took extra time getting to know me, listened, gave me options, explained everything thoroughly, and made the visit one of the best I’ve experienced as a member/patient.
