Dr. Monika and her nurse Kenneth were very kind, patient, and focused towards me. Kenneth Was very affirming and helpful. He helped me to understand the process of my exam and administrated my vaccines with ease and confidence, which made the experience go well. Dr. Monika took the time to listen to and answer “all” of my questions; I did not feel rushed, although I got to my appointment very late. She went above and beyond when she risked ordering a blood type lab at my request (knowing that she may take flack for it), but because I wanted to know, she did it.
