Ali was wonderful explaining and coordinating everything, and the guys that came to collect and return the carpets were wonderful and treated everything with care as they deftly moved furniture to access the carpets. One of my larger rugs had older moth damage and was quite matted by time, so, as much as I loved it, I wasn't sure whether to even try and have it cleaned. Ali assessed it on site and when it came back it was truly like new. I can barely see the old and small moth hole because the pile has been restored so beautifully. “Citywide is the best. Our carpets have never been cleaner, and the pricing is awesome ! We have two cats and a lot of traffic through our place, and we have become very spoiled having the carpets cleaned every 6 months. For two carpets he is in and out in under an hour, they are 80% dry after that magical machine sucks the water and shampoo and gunk out, and it makes the whole place feel fresh.
