“After 2 visits from another AC company coming out to tell me my unit needed to be replaced I was referred to Nice and Cool. Eli came out the same day just to tell me the prior company who came out purposely disconnected the one wire that would make my unit fail... 5 seconds after Eli's inspection he reconnected the wire the and the condenser immediately started working. He also didn't charge me his fee to come out because it was such a simple fix and he was in the area working on another home. When the AC finally does die it will be Eli I call to replace it. I can't recommend him enough. He saved me $13,000 from the crooks who tried to scam me. 10 stars... 5 isn't enough.“

“I recently brought my older vacuum in for repair, it was a good experience overall. The staff greeted me right away and took the time to explain my options, parts and timeframe. The repair was completed within a few days and my vacuum is working much better now. The shop also has a nice selection of machines, so I browsed around for a possible upgrade.
The only hiccup was communication. I had to call once to confirm the pickup date. I’m sure they were busy but it caused a small delay. Still for the price and the level of expertise I feel like I got great value.“
