I came here on the 11/14 and my original appointment was for 2pm but I had came in at 10am thinking my appointment was @10am, they went ahead and took me in anyways which was really nice of them. The exam process was quick and easy and my doctor she was extremely helpful and communicated all important information. When I got done with the exam and was sent over to choose my frames I was very pleased at the amount of different styles they had to offer. Great location! There is plenty of free parking in large lot. The contact exam deal is AMAZING. I selected the 3 year rewards membership that includes examinations and discounts on contacts for $109. Three years worth of eye exams for $109 is unheard of, incredibly cheap. The Doctors and staff were quick and friendly. I was in and out with contacts ordered in less than 30 minutes. They provided a free sample pair for me to leave the store in. When my contacts arrived, some where faulty and had no prescription, this of-course wasn't the fault of Americas Best but an error on the contacts company. I made a very sudden decision to get contacts and headed to America's best in Hollywood during my lunch. Raven at the front desk was very polite ,resourceful and personable and was able to get me in right away. I took advantage of their 3 year deal for $109. Dr. Patricia was very profession and answered all my questions. I was able to leave with contacts on and was able to place my order for the year. Janett was very helpful and made sure to share all features and benefits of the program and my choice of lenses. Overall I was very impressed with the teamwork in making my experience so great.
