“This a great place to bring your pets. My dog is a little extra and I feel like he gets treated with VIP status. The vet techs, Vet Dr, and front desk staff always get down and great my dog. I’m always told upfront the diagnostic and treatment recommendations. They’re aware that treatments can be costly but inform me if that can wait for a future visit. When we got pet insurance, my pet insurance was giving us a hard time saying they hadn’t received the care notes, I called Kirkwood and spoke with front desk staff and they provide me with exact details when items were sent to my pet insurance. Spoke to my insurance and they sure got their act together. Thank you for treating my dog with VIP status.“

“My dog was spayed there last November, and Dr. Kane was very helpful and communicative. I was concerned because my dog had been vomiting a couple of days prior to the surgery. Dr. Kane explained some options and all went very well. Everyone is very friendly to humans and animals. They respect your time as well. I am very glad I found them.“

“Dr. Michelle and staff were amazing. We took my daughter's hamster here last month for a check up. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. They made my daughter (she's 12) feel very comfortable, because she was a little nervous about taking Hammy to a vet. They are affordable and we didn't have to wait months for an appt, like the other places I called.“

“I took my leopard gecko here after having no luck finding other available vets nearby. It was the best choice I made for my pet. The staff at DeAnza Vet Clinic were amazing and extremely supportive. The veterinarian was especially great. I felt a great sense of comfort and trust because of their excellent expertise and empathy. They made sure I understood what services my pet would receive and what the aftercare would look like for us at home. DeAnza staff helped me all the way through my gecko's unfortunate death. They supported me through the euthanization process, as well as the cremation process. I can't thank this clinic enough. They were truly kind, genuine, and sincere. I will be taking my other pets to this clinic too!“

“Dr. Lawrence was very kind to me and my senior cat, Coco. Coco had declined rapidly in the last few weeks, not eating and then not drinking water. Dr. Lawrence gave me bad news that Coco was suffering from terminal kidney disease. There was no hope. I used a mobile Vet to euthanize her at home.“

“I am having a difficult time writing this review. Most of the time here I have a positive experience. Kate Cameron is a caring vet who obviously loves the animals that she sees. I have no complaints about the care my pets have received from Dr. Cameron. My problem is with the staff and some misunderstandings. My children all live in different households but we put our pets under one account name. Recently , a new pup came in for an exam and Cameron was critical that we had a new puppy. He lives in a household of two pets. Our Cameron account has five pets. There might be more if the ones who have passed aren't marked as deceased. They don't all live together. I called the office to separate households and was told it can't be done. So now it will always look like we are animal hoarders!!!! Another vet was pushing our pet to be neutered. He will be but is a show dog and unless we give him false testicles ( yes, there is such a thing) he can't show without his boy parts. I agree this is silly; however, showing is a hobby and we have to abide by AKC rules. Be a shame to pay an entry fee and be sent home because his boy parts were missing. The vet was really pushy and I am wondering if she worked on commission. I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. Often the technician who greets us in the parking lot and takes the dog inside gets the information we provide wrong! It leads to explaining the problem again to the vet. I appreciate the dedicated parking though. That is nice! Once a staff member had my daughter panicked because she put her pup down on the sidewalk. He was too heavy to hold! It was either drop him or place him gently on the sidewalk. I know the receptionist was worried about parvo but my daughter didn't want his bones to break if she dropped him. The receptionist had her in a panic afterwards thinking she gave her dog parvo; she didn't. The techs too freely offer medical advice. I wish they would leave that to those who have a veterinarian degree. They worked hard for that degree and I pay for their advice not the receptionist's opinion. Overall, usually things go well but I wish I only spoke to the Dr. Cameron and she didn't think I am an animal hoarder.“

“We have been taking our 4 dogs to Arroyo Pet Clinic for over 8 years. You can imagine how many times we have been to their office over those years with 4 dogs. Dr. Michele and her staff have been nothing short of fabulous.: always courteous, always conscientious. They have always asked for authorization and always have been willing to give me estimates of cost ahead of time. There has never been a "surprise" on my bill. Dr. Michele has always been willing to take the time to explain everything to us beforehand and we always get a call after a major visit to see how our pet is doing. During the pandemic it has been a little harder to get an appointment but that is not unique to Arroyo. We have called around at times and EVERYONE is very busy. Never got a late fee because I care about other peoples' time so I've never been late to pick up my pet. Early maybe, but never late. COVID has caused people to go off the deep end when they are slightly inconvenienced. Keep that in mind when reading the one star reviews. I would say don't hesitate to bring your pet to Dr. Michele. Keep the following in mind when writing a review.“

“As a small animal veterinary technician, I know the value of a good relationship between veterinarian and client. I had an off-the-track Thoroughbred that fractured his pelvis in 2021 and then had a myriad of issues following that. Our primary vet was not Bayhill (I have no criticism of them!) but my trainer used Dr. Browning for the entire barn, so I decided to get a second opinion on one of those days he was seeing other patients at the facility. Dr. Browning was extremely patient and listened through my horse's entire lengthy medical history. He explained his thinking in great detail with me, which I appreciated because I am in the field myself. His logic was very sound and I trusted his judgement. Unfortunately, the story does not have a happy ending, but I am glad that Dr. Browning was willing to work with us up until the last moments. He was very comforting on a very difficult day and supportive of a hard decision.“

“Only good things to say. Our dog went through glaucoma over the course of 1.5 years, and the entire time everyone at Vision Care for Animals was great. They were responsive, made sure we had appointments, and fit us in promptly for surgery and emergencies.“

“Thank God for this place. My cat Baloo was having chronic ear infections. My regular vet kept giving her the same medicine. Which would work but then her ear infection would come back every time. Using google I found this place. They were cheaper than my regular vet in San leandro, and had so much more knowledge about ears. They found a polyp on her ear drum and now I finally know what's wrong with my cat and how to fix it. Definitely worth the trip to Cupertino. They even washed her ears better than my vet. She has been happier and playing more since her visit, even still having the polyp. This place has the knowledge and equipment to properly diagnose ear problems. Wish I would have found them earlier.“

“5 stars isn't enough to describe how well Dr. Natt and the entire team at Serra Veterinary took care of our cat Henry. It was our first time there and they took Henry in right away and examined him. The entire team was so kind, patient, and made us feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Natt is thorough and caring. He did a full work-up and was able to nurture Henry back to good health. The staff is wonderful as well. They were always willing to help answer any questions we had and cared for Henry as if he was their own. We will definitely be bringing Henry back for all future check-ups and visits. Highly recommend Dr. Natt and his team at Serra Veterinary for all pets. They are dedicated to providing individualized care for each and every pet.“
