When I was a Stanford student, I picked Jane because it was convenient and affordable. Now I travel 40 miles to see her because she's the best!I haven't gotten a haircut in 2 years because of the quarantine. My hair was so damaged. It had grown below my butt and was completely fried. It felt like touching straw and the split ends had been creeping up the lengths. I thought my hair was ruined.The only person I trust to save my hair is Jane. I was worried that her salon might not have survived the quarantine. But when I called, I was happily surprised that she's still here! This joint is a little difficult to find due to lack of signage but it's super great. I went for a blowout given I have long (to my waist) thick hair, and was so happy with the end result. You have to call ahead of time and they will match you with a hair dresser (note they each have their own rates) this place is CASH ONLY but incase you forget there is a Wells Fargo across the street!! I was charged 45 for my hair length and quality but on average a blowout for shorter hair is 25-35.

I never write reviews on Yelp, but I felt like I had to because Jane definitely deserves 100+ more reviews than what this page has! I've recommended her to a couple of my friends (male and female) and everyone falls in love with her. She uses top notch products and is always happy to answer any questions I have. She's a sweetheart and she's so fun to talk to! I've gone to her for hair cuts to coloring (highlights and ombré), and even a Japanese straight perm and all of the outcomes have exceeded my expectations.
