Our technician today was Jared from Best Ac Repair & Install Company. He gave us a courteous heads-up before arriving, showed up well within the service window, and started diagnosing the furnace issue right away. He quickly found the problem, explained the repair estimate clearly, and after we approved it, completed the furnace repair promptly at a fair price. We really appreciated his friendly attitude and his solid knowledge of residential heating and HVAC systems, including helpful tips on energy efficiency and system performance. Jared was great. We were having trouble with the heating system, and he checked the furnace and explained that it was older and might need replacement down the road, but he wanted to try servicing it first so we would not spend more than needed. After he worked on it, the heat came back on properly and the loud noises stopped. He also replaced both thermostats, which helped the HVAC system run better and keep the temperature more consistent. I really appreciated the honest service, fair pricing, and the way he took time to explain everything clearly. Best Ac Repair & Install Company provided caring, professional HVAC service, and I would definitely recommend them if you...read full review
They were great to work with. Our furnace blower motor went out, which affected the airflow and caused our HVAC system to stop working properly during a warm holiday weekend. Roger and Derek came out Monday evening, quickly diagnosed the furnace issue, and had the replacement parts ordered right away. Roger returned and got everything repaired and running again in less than an hour. Very professional service and easy to recommend. We also had Jared here for a routine furnace and HVAC maintenance visit, and he was fast, helpful, and thorough. He shared useful tips on changing filters, improving airflow, and keeping the system running smoothly between service calls. Overall,...read full review
