“The house I, live in is 75 years old, and unfortunately, that means the sewer line is too. The problems I was having had finally caught up to me and I could no longer avoid them. Numerous plumbers, and also the local sewer people all told me the line from my house to the sewer needed to be replaced.I decided to get 4 bids for the job. My parents suggested I contact the contractor that built their beautiful house to see if they could help.Not only was it the lowest bid, but the level of professional from first contact was top notch.While the crew was here, they were able to assist me with a few other projects I needed addressed.Everything was executed quickly and flawlessly.Some of the work they helped me with was repairing substandard work done by previous contractors I’ve had work on my house. “We selected GVD Renovations after evaluating five other proposals. Their reputation, reviews, and James Hardie siding expertise along with competitive pricing were the deciding factors. Our project included removal of the old siding and demo of an old rotted deck. The installation of James Hardie Artisan V groove siding, El Dorado stacked stone veneer, and painting the siding, gutters, and downspouts. The siding and painting teams worked hard every day with attention to detail. They communicated any questions or concerns as needed. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the end result. Our house was transformed from an outdated cottage to an updated modern farmhouse.“
“We just had an issue with out stucco coming off the house. Jaime came in and knocked out the job with quality and precision. He did a great job laying down the knew stucco and blending it in with the old. This was a job he literally completed in two days. Would definitely use again and recommend.“
“The two guys that installed the pergola were friendly and always on time. There was an issue with the height of the pergola, but they came and adjusted it. (Not sure how they actually did it but they got it done!) They kept me informed of what was happening and I know some of our travel dates plus the constant rains rendering our backyard a swamp made the anticipated finish time longer.“

Because they had lifetime window and screen they were a no brainer. 2 years ago the back slider was having difficulties and they came out ordered a new 8 foot slider and installed . “Dan and his crew replaced the siding on my detached 2 story barn style garage and did a great job. He had to battle weather issues since I waited so long to replace the siding, and he easily worked with me when I had special requests / upgrades I wanted done in the middle of the project. We used Hardie lap siding and Hardie board and batten and he did a great job on both installs. Highly recommend his work and he had great prices compared to other contractors.“
