We spent upwards of $25k on our solar equipment with Epic. We now need to talk to a service rep. Not going to happen. Left 6 messages with no response. It’s after the sale that makes a company. BUYER BEWARE

We had our 30 year old roof installed by Epic and could not be happier. Excellent customer service, and the installed by an effective crew. The project manager answered all my questions and was very nice.

So my experience with this company has been great with Jeri and my roofer is that perform the roofing on my home very respectful crew clean , efficient and communication from all parts of this company we're on point.
