Sam was incredibly responsive. After my early morning call, he asked me to text a photo of the area, quickly provided a fair and transparent quote, and - amazingly - was able to come out by noon the same day! That kind of availability for an urgent situation is priceless.

His professionalism started before he even arrived. He texted to confirm his ETA and showed up right on time. From the moment he walked in, it was clear he knew his stuff. He explained his cleaning process clearly and concisely.

Then he just got straight to work. He was:
