From the moment you walk it, the atmosphere drives you feel motivated. Great staff and the music's nice. I personally trained with one of their trainers named Caleb Bailey. He knows a lot about nutrition and how to target muscle groups. He even made a nutrition plan for my desired goal. I'm finally starting to see results! He not only makes you feel welcomed but, he never makes you feel bad about yourself. He's that gym bro that you want training with you. There's also plenty of clean equipment not just for weightlifting but for combat sports as well. This gym has a lot of protein snacks and drinks. Overall, I love this gym and will continue training here with Caleb.“

We moved to Long Beach a few months ago and I wanted to find an expert Trainer with deep experience working with folks over 40 years old. David is perfect! I also really like Trey, who owns the facility.Our workouts are fun, have the right amount of challenge, and are different every time. The studio is just the right size and they have all the equipment you'll need for a good workout. And, it's always great to feel sore and sexy after a workout!“

4101 E Olympic Plaza, Long Beach“First off, this gym is beautiful and is in a very convenient location for me. The equipment is very nice and the place is kept very clean. I saw a lot of reviews about the lockerrooms but I havnt seen any issues with these facilities. The only issue I've had with them is there is a lack of locker space available. Every other visit i do not have a locker available. The cost of this gym is quite high when compared to other gyms in the area. If the price was lowered I would say this place is 5/5 stars. One other thing is that there is a lack of deticated resistance workout equipment. If the gym is super busy you might have to wait a bit for the equipment you want to use that day. Personally I've never had to wait for than a couple minutes for a machine but I don't go during typical busy hours. This gym has a LOT of classes and if that's what you're looking for I would highly recommend this gym. Overall this gym is great, clean, good equipment, and has a comfortable atmosphere. It just needs a lower price for membership.“

5830 Naples Plaza, Long Beach“If you need Physical Therapy, go here! I have been to 3 Physical Therapy offices in the last year. The other two weren't bad, but I didn't feel that I was progressing as quickly as desired. A friend referred me to Body Solutions, and I am so thankful!. Julie truly has magic hands! I have a rare issue (TOS), causing severe issues in my arm, chest and shoulder and recently had surgery. I was scheduled in quickly and the staff is incredible! The owners Julie and Ish, and the entire Staff, are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The other patients are recovering from a myriad of surgeries and injuries. They are very busy, and all work as a team to support the patients. I have been going for 5 weeks and have major improvements. I will definitely return for future injuries.“

The workouts are intense, leaving my muscles sore by the second or third day. I'm primarily using barbells and cables, which is a shift from my previous gym that focused on machines. I appreciate that the gym is well-quipped and clean, with friendly and knowledgeable trainers. I also got a great deal on a four-month training membership. I highly recommend this gym.
I came out of a past gym trainer situation In three month period of 36 sessions 22 of them were either rescheduled or no-show very frustrating

It's refreshing to go to a gym, have a workout ready for you, and a trainer like Gina to hold you accountable. She's not only knowledgeable of the body movement, workouts, she adapts the challenging workouts to all levels. In the early days, I couldn't do a push-up or pull-up, and now I can do them on my own- effortlessly. Definitely gotta try Accel Fitness to workout with a great trainer and small group of people! Love that you can have 2-4 other people there and not have to wait for any equipment.“
