“I'd give 10 stars if I could. On 11/23/24 we called Westland Home/Roof Inspections. we decided to go with this company based on the amazing reviews. Due to the rain, a leak/crack in our kitchen ceiling turned into a big hole. The day we called, Eric came out and inspected our roof in a timely manner and was able to tell us what needed repairing, and how much it would cost. He was very honest and informative of what was going on with our roof and did not try to upsell us on any anything. For what we had done, his price was very reasonable, but of course, it will vary by services being completed .With it being his busy season, we only had to wait four days for him to come out and complete the repairs. The repairs were done in a timely and professional manner and numerous photos and videos were provided to us. Eric did make recommendations of what did need to be eventually done to the roof due to faulty building, which of course is not his fault. Eric recommended that we do not fix the hole in the ceiling at this time just in case if it were to continue leaking, we would not have a bigger issue on our hands. “Home Roofing came out and cleaned and repaired my tile roof. They came out in advance and gave me a detailed report on the condition of the roof and what was needed to repair it. I knew it had moss growing on it, but I had no idea how much dirt and grime had accumilated. They put down tarps to catch the bulk of it and power washed it. They also replaced some cracked tiles and Re-sealed open junctures where ridge and gable trim
meets with new lead flashings. And installed new rubber storm collars plumbing pipes where missing.
