“At the end of last year, Dennis and his team completely updated the interior of a home I own. He took it from super dated 1970's to clean, classic, updated and open. The entire process with Dennis was great. To be honest, I dreaded doing this project as I know home construction can be unpredictable and stressful. But I can honestly say, he and his team made the process easy. To begin, he quoted each step of the remodel (floor, kitchen re-do, bathroom re-do, etc.) separately. This was helpful, because if we had a change to due to budget or for any other reason, it made the process of updating the proposal simple and quick. Additionally, as each step got completed and we made a payment, his office sent me the receipt and what it covered, so there was never a question as to where we were in the process, and my family and I could plan for and always see where we were in the budget. His pricing felt totally fair and he often gave me alternate options if something was not in my budget. The quality of the work was great. His team was thorough, they were clean as they went, and they were totally trustworthy and friendly. When we did hit a delay (not due to Almeida, but due to a material delay), Dennis was open and set my expectations for ETA of materials, so there was no wondering and waiting. He listened to me along the way and made some adjustments I requested. The quality of the work was exceptional. All the details were tied up when finished. I highly recommend Almeida and Son Painting and Construction, and plan to use their services again in the future on another home.“
