The Roofing Experts Lennox
“if you ever need an honest, straightforward roofing company, trust the roofing experts lennox. when my husband and i bought our home, one part of the sale required the previous owners to have the roof replaced, so we did not choose the roofer ourselves. we are very thankful for the work and support we received. after several years, some of the shingles did not hold up as expected, and during our refinance appraisal we learned that part of the roof needed attention much sooner than it should have, especially with a long shingle warranty.
the team guided us through the roofing warranty process and clearly explained what was happening with the shingles and materials. even when the manufacturer was difficult to deal with, they stood behind the condition of the roof and helped us understand our options. what really impressed us was that they came out, inspected the damaged area, and replaced the entire front section of the roof at no charge. that kind of customer care, honesty, and workmanship is hard to find. they really took care of our family and made sure the roof was safe, solid, and looking right again.”
