I love it the staff was so sweet and the treatment was heaven relaxing I wish it would have been a bigger place more space in each room but everything was clean and relax I can’t wait for my next visit. Product are so great I brought them all leave your body & face so great love everything
Be prepared to spend 1.5x what you normally would here, both in time and money. If that's ok with you, this is a great little spot to hide away for a couple hours and treat yourself! It's a cute shop tucked into the fairmont, and one of the only places in SF that has Dazzle Dry nail polish. My mani pedi was extremely pricey, but very thorough.
Penelope is such a peaceful, relaxing space. It has such a luxury feel I cannot wait to visit again. I had the MBR Liquid Surgery facial and saw immediate results. The location is so convenient and the staff was fantastic. What an addition to the neighborhood!
