“Cat Clinic is the BEST! My cats have been coming here for a long time. Dr David Innes took such good care of my old kitty until the end. My new cat is also a patient of the clinic, I would take her no place else. Staff is also wonderful and kind. Sure, at times they get pretty busy, but I have never felt neglected. I would hope that before someone come on social media to criticize, they actually contact the clinic and discuss the issue.“

“I have had Dr. Doe at Nob Hill Cat Clinic look after my cat veterinary needs since the late 1990s. I find her to be very knowledgeable, and also communicative; she always answers my questions and also asks questions about my cats and their situations. And she is wonderful with cats...they can pick up on the fact that she cares. The office has just been remodeled and is very clean and nice. You can't do better than NHCC for cat care in San Francisco. Edit: Dr. Doe retired in 2022. Her replacement, Dr. Gonzales, is quite a bit younger than her, but is caring and seems knowledgeable.“
“I’ve been taking my dog here since I adopted her in 2019 and every time we go it is a good experience. The vets are always very helpful and kind and answer all my questions. I have a very anxious pup and everyone that works there is always so patient and sweet to her.I’m sad we’re moving away and have to change vets but definitely would recommend Urban Pet Hospital to others for their pets :)“
