He takes the time to clearly explain possible causes and treatment options, which really helps put our minds at ease. We took our chihuahua for the first time to Alto Tiburon Veterinary and we love everything about this place. They were so sweet, nice and kind to my girl. Great communicators. We called this morning and they gave us same an appointment for the same day; the only vet in Marin who understood our panic and stress, thank you! Our girl stayed there for a couple of hours in a confortable bed and covered with a blanket, priceless.
I was referred here after my dog had an eye infection and my primary vet couldn't see him right away. My little buddy received the best possible care by a friendly caring staff! Had such a good experience I'd consider breaking up with my primary vet. I'd rate them as 5 stars too.
