“Searched online for eyeglass repair, stopped in to see if they could repair my reading glasses, a screw had fallen out, I didn't have a repair kit, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, the nice lady that did the repair was so fast, only took 5 minutes. “I've been going to this place since I was 5 years old, I'm 19 now. I can say this place has played an important role in my life because I would at least break one pair of glasses for each grade I went to up until I graduated high school. I would recommend this place to anyone.“
“I have been going here for yrs and I mean yrs not just a couple or a few but for many yrs and never had a problem with them at all. They r very thorough with ur exam and making sure that your going to be able to see. I remember one time my glasses had gotten stolen so I was actually afraid to call and ask for a replacement because I was worried about having to pay because during that time I didn't have much money but I sucked it and called and thank God I did because when I called I explained how I had been without my glasses because they were stolen and they told me not to even worry about it and they replaced my glasses for free and I had them within the week. Then after a few yrs I went it for my annual exam just make sure things were on the up and up and good thing I did because my eyes had gotten just a little worse and I needed a new prescription. I picked my frames and they told me about 4 wks well they had called me sooner to tell me my glasses were ready well I had forgotten what time they closed I had thought they closed an hour after the time they actually close so when I got there they had already been closed awhile hour but u could still see that there was staff still inside but I just walked back to my car car and my boyfriend had asked me what happen I said they r closed he ask me is there ppl inside I told him just the employees so he said did u knock but I hadn't because I just figured they were closed so he then got out of the car and walked around to the employee entrance and knocked on the door they answered the door and he explained to them the situation they said no problem asked him my name and they went and got my glasses had me sign for them and I couldn't beli ve how they went above and beyond what they needed to do for me most places would have said to come back during business hours but not them they did more then they had to. My very last visit with them was recent the wait time was extremely fast I didn't even finish filling out the paper work. When the Dr came in to see me he had scolded me on how long I waited to go in it had been over 3 yrs since I had been in and of course I needed a stronger prescription I picked my frames and everyone was extremely helpful my appt was at 10am I got out of there by 10:45am so I barley waited for anyone and I had gotten the best customer service that I always get everytime I go in. I just received the call that my glasses were ready to be picked up so I will go in tomorrow to get them and it hasn't even been 4 wks. I am very satisfied with this optometrist and they're staff and I will continue going to them and I highly recommend them to everyone all the bad reviews they get I feel are just ppl who r having a bad day or maybe the employees who had a bad day which they r allowed to show considering they get a lot of ppl jumping down there backs a lot and these ppl that r writing the bad reviews r probably those kind where they get food service and say nothing about it but the one time they get bad service and they want to let the world know about so they write a review but they never write reviews about all the good service they had gotten from them before because the good always goes unrecognized which I think is b.s. so to the inland empire optometry keep up the good work and don't let these bad reviews stop u from doing a great job and having exceptional service I appreciate all ur hard work and integrity u have shown me and have done for me in the past and in the continued future I will have with u guys thank u for everything.“

“He is the best optometrist I ever had for my child and myself. My child saw him for 10 years until our insurance changed and now I’ve had the hardest time finding a good optometrist, so miss this place! He always had such a great attitude and the staff is so nice and professional here. They would always work with me and were so helpful. They always have a great selection of eye wear. Truly a little gem up here in the mountains. Everyone is so wonderful here and the services and options are just as wonderful as them. Thank you!“
