It’s hard to tell the difference in the clarity between slides sometimes, but she doesn’t hesitate to go back and forth several times in order to be certain. She’s also very kind and personable, as is the rest of the staff. Once the exam is over and shopping for frames begins, everyone is helpful. Especially Diana.“
