“Dr. Shih was fantastic. He addressed all of my concerns. He took the time to make sure my new prescription was just right. He gave me the name of a prescription to give to my ophthalmologist that he suggests to help with high pressure in my eyes. He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they did not give me my pupillary distance. But, I don’t think that was his policy, I believe that is Target Optical’s policy. Their front desk attendant was cold and rude and the staff there were not professional. They were having personal conversations and lounging around. Dr. Shih is great and the behavior of Target Optical’s staff is not a representation of him or his professionalism.“
