Dr's are nice and quick but if you need your glasses quick don't come here. I've been waiting over a month for my new glasses and my husband as well. When I called to see when I'd be able to pick them up the receptionist was rude and gave no answers to my questions. Called my insurance and I can't even go anywhere else since they already charged my insurance so now I'm stuck waiting to get my glasses from this place.
I've been going to this place since I was 5 years old, I'm 19 now. I can say this place has played an important role in my life because I would at least break one pair of glasses for each grade I went to up until I graduated high school. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Extremely fast admission rate. Reception is quick, punctual and very well mannered. The waiting room is beautiful and calming as well for aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Very comfy seating and plenty of reading material. Covid precautions are enforced. Will gladly come back and or refer to others.
