This place used to be quick on the turn around on eye glasses. But now I went in for my eye exam and glasses in May and it's middle of July and I still don't have my glasses.
So now I call in to check if they came in and Mrs. Klein is rude. She said, it's not their fault that the people that make the glasses are taking their time making them. Which is true, but the people who make the glasses made it their problem now, So deal with it.
It may not be their fault but it's not mine either. So don't be rude
