We have tried a couple different companies and they are hands down the best. Great communication, scheduling, and service. The groomer and additional staff are 10/10. Highly highly recommend to anyone.
My partner and I are so grateful to OC Pup Scouts for coming to our home and watching our Daisy. Daisy is a rescued stray dog we’ve had for about 6 months and she’s still in training to curb her dog reactivity and mouthiness. She’s also incredibly high energy, compared to a lower drive dog such as a Maltese, so we knew we couldn’t leave her with just anyone. Keeping her at home allowed her to have her same routine and we loved having updates that gave us peace of mind she was doing so well despite us being on the other side of the country. Again, we are so grateful to Lizzy and OC PupScouts for their compassion and willingness to work with her.
Kaitlynn was amazing! She was great with our dogs, very professional, and did fantastic work. She kept us informed and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It was so incredibly convenient to have the mobile grooming van pull up right outside of our house—such a game changer!
Adam was also wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, and very accommodating with our schedules. All around, it was an excellent experience with the OC Pup Scouts team. We will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for mobile grooming services!
