“BN Design Build Inc. of Laguna Hills—led by engineer Benjamin Norouzi—created a kitchen remodel architecture plan that was nothing short of brilliant. Hired to design and secure city approval in Lakewood, CA, BN delivered an architecture plan for a seamless open-concept floor plan by removing the kitchen–living room wall and concealing structural beams within the ceiling. Ben’s creative engineering halved the required beam thickness, allowing for a cost-effective recess of the beams into the ceiling that preserved aesthetic flow. The scope also included removing three windows and adding a 4' × 9' waterfall island, with all-new cabinetry and appliances. BN completed the plans on time and within budget. The city approved the plans with zero corrections, and throughout the two-month build Ben remained readily available. We’d highly recommend BN Design Build Inc. for any home renovation needing city permits: fast, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with.“
