I moved from Los Angeles where I had many designers and places that could fill my request.And after calling so many shops within 30-2 miles Ramiro was the first and only person who not only understood what I was looking for but presented several options, different price points and had excellent communication throughout the process. Not only did he male a beautiful custom tabletop but the turn around thing was less than a week. Everyone says they don't usually write reviews, and I usually don't but this is so well deserved.“

“I highly recommend FKB Design. From the start of my remodeling project, until the completion, Designer and Project manager Denise and her entire team were easy to work with, and very professional. We worked together to design a guest bathroom, guest bedroom, and have all new engineered hardwood flooring installed in my entire upstairs, and on the stairs between the first and second floors. I also had everything upstairs painted. I always knew what the cost was going to be for each item, and how long it would take for the projects to be completed. Denise and her team always communicated dates and times for workers to be at my home, and worked around my schedule when needed. The final outcomes were amazing. When my mother-in-law moved in with us, we needed to remodel our bathroom, transforming it from a traditional tub-and-shower setup into a modern standing shower. The project included several thoughtful design features such as a step for seating, strategically placed handles for easier entry, a high-end sliding glass shower door, and a recessed niche in the wall to conveniently hold soap and shampoo. Ali coordinated a team of subcontractors—including plumbers, tile installers, electricians, and painters—who each completed their work on time and to a high standard. Throughout the process, I was kept fully informed, receiving progress updates and photos, which demonstrated Ali’s dedication to transparency and accountability.

What impressed me most, however, was Ali’s response to a concern that arose months after the project was completed. “Jason and Jim Elliott had previously installed hardwood floors in our house back in April 2020. After renovating our kitchen, we decided to have the same wood product installed in the kitchen. After demo of the existing tile floor, the Elliott's spliced in the new kitchen hardwood seamlessly with the existing flooring in the adjacent rooms. The craftsmanship was superb. The high quality of the molding installation was the capstone. All the cuts and fitment were perfect.“

“Ritz Flooring Plus just finished the remodel of my kitchen in Aliso Viejo to include shaker cabinets with soft close, spice pull out and custom features along with a corian counter top and appliance install. A complete gut of the original kitchen which was long overdue. It looks amazing and is super functional. From the initial consult to quote to changes mid project, the team listened to what I wanted and provided guidance throughout the process. This is the second kitchen this team has done for me with the first over 10 years ago on a different home. Glad I came back and their quality and service are still excellent.

“We contracted with Ray Dinesh to install laminate flooring throughout all rooms in our single level home. Ray was a low-pressure easygoing guy to work with, he made it so easy for us. Ray suggested that we buy a sample box of what we'd chosen and I'm so grateful we did. It turned out to be not what we wanted at all. We settled on a different product by Johnson Hardwood and we love it, (Viceroy Laminate Random Plank). It is absolutely gorgeous! Ray's installers, Enrique and Sergio were great. They arrived each morning and worked diligently through to completion. They strive to make the homeowners happy. Our slab was extremely "wavy" which required leveling in each room. It's a time-consuming process and they were able to successfully prep the surface to accommodate our beautiful floors. Ray visited our job multiple times to check in with us. His relaxed demeanor makes the experience of the whole-house-dismantling-process much less stressful. We are pleased with the end result and are happy that we chose Royal Floors as our flooring contractor. We highly recommended them.“

“I hired Andy to do a full remodel of my kitchen/family room in November of 2023. His team demo'd the entire kitchen, family room, and ripped up all the tile flooring in the front living room, took out our fireplace and patched, all in about 3 days. Install went quickly in the beginning but we hit a delay in some kitchen cabinet parts which went on for a couple of weeks and was quite frustrating (that was an issue with the cabinet company, not Flooring America). We started in early November and the home was about 90% completed by Christmas (again the kitchen cabinets held us up). Overall, we love our new kitchen, especially our beautiful slim shaker cabinets and our engineered wood flooring. Even though the kitchen cabinet company caused the most stress for us, it is the thing we love the most about our remodel and we would still choose the same cabinets again without question. We were able to stay just under budget even with the upgrade to the slim shaker cabinets and some additional demo'ing of a media niche and another part of an existing wall that was not in the original plan (Andy's idea). There were a few minor adjustments that needed to be made after the remodel was complete and Andy was great in sending over one of his guys to make all the adjustment. Would highly recommend Andy and his team. Andy was responsive when we reached out with questions and is very fair and kind. We have been in our remodeled kitchen for over six months and are enjoying it so much! Would definitely recommend for any sort of kitchen/home remodel project.“

“We lost our home to a fire and had to remodel from the studs. We had old Mexican pavers installed when we first bought it which looked amazing but were extremely difficult to keep clean, had to reseal every other year etc.. Super high maintenance, therefore the wife and I wanted to go with something much easier to manage, and luxury vinyl was the choice.. We shopped around, got quotes and landed at Koala. This team is just incredible, from start to finish I am SO HAPPY with our end product and the attention to detail is noticeable in every plank installed. The custom-made step is like no other. I would go no further in your research, this team is the BEST in town!! And they'll beat Home Depot pricing! ;-)“

“My wife and I contacted OC Elite Remodeling around the week of 9/29/2024 to remodel our kitchen, family room with the possibility of the backyard and house windows ( about 15 windows.) Tony came out right away within a day or two, took measurements and we discussed the project. Tony was very professional and kind. He suggested many things such as design and material and mentioned that the company had a deal for about $27,974.00 to remodel a kitchen that fits the parameters of OC Elite Remodeling parameters. My wife and I were very happy. We felt confident with the company. Tony also provided us with a few previous testimonials from previous customers to call for reference. 1st experience In the process, we asked Tony about the windows and if they could give us a good deal on the windows. We already had an estimate from Home Depot, but since they advertise to beat anyone's price, we thought of asking them. Sadly, the company would not lower and beat Home Depot's price as they themselves had advertised, it was only a $2,000.00 difference between Home Depot and them.(OC Elite Remodeling) Now it has come to our attention that this company is dishonest or they promise/advertise something that they don't intend on doing. My wife and I started to be attentive to what the company or its representatives communicated to us 2nd experience We had originally picked a tile that cost $5.93 / square foot. Then, during the shopping process, we liked another tile and we picked it that cost $3.99 a square foot. For some reason, I still don't understand the cost of picking the 2nd Tile @ $3.99 a square foot ended up costing more ($1675.80) . When we brought this to Tony's attention, he explained that the second tile does not include adhesive material, etc., but the first tile @ $5.93 a square foot does include all material. (our experience is when you see an advertisement for a tile , it usually does not include any adhesive material, grout, spacers, etc. and so how come the first tile $ 5.93 included all these things, does not make sense, but we did not want to argue). 3rd experience This is the one that really bothered me. Through the process we asked Tony if they would paint and install or paint doors, and Tony said yes. We were thinking of painting all our interior doors but Tony said it is better to paint because it's a similar cost. Laurence told Tony to get the doors from home depot, and he responded that " home depot doors are "dingy" and cheap doors. We install better doors. Well when the day came to install the doors I noticed that the doors had a label on them from Home Depot, I mentioned it to one of his workers and showed him the label and told him what Tony had said. I felt lied to and cheated. Please be made fully aware that this review is reviewing the company. Would we recommend OC Elite Remodeling? No Above all, Tony and Kash worked very hard specially with our changing of mind few times , Tony is a patient man , and Kash as well.
