“My regular vet couldn’t get me in for another week. Covina Animal Hospital got me in under two hours. No long waiting room wait time. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They made sure to explain everything and answered all my questions. I even got a fallow-up call tge next day.If I had a complaint it would be the cost. But EVERTHING cost too much these says. So I would say it was a fair price for the services for these economic crazy times.Thank You!Shelby (my owner made me right this!, but I did have a good time, considering!)“

“I can't express the gratitude our family had when we put our dog's care under this place. It was so hard to say goodbye to our dog Happy but the staff and Doctor here were so trauma informed and caring. They provided water for our dog to sip at his final visit and made the process so difficulty free for our dog. It's not easy saying goodbye to our dog but this is probably the easiest it could have been for us given the price point and care from the staff. Thank you so much to all of you it means so much how well you did your jobs.“
“I took my cat here with no appointment after leaving an office that wanted me to stay in the parking lot while my cat got checked out, she had never been to the vet sick before so i didn’t feel comfortable not being with her… i called Via Verde Animal Hospital and they were able to reassure me i’d be in the office with my cat talking with the Dr, when i got there, even as a walk in, i was helped right away! everyone was super friendly and communicative, they gave me a few options for complete care with different price ranges so i could make the choice to do at home medication or keep my cat there for inpatient treatments, i felt they were understanding of my budget concerns and made sure my cat got everything she needed to get back to full health without breaking my bank. upon picking her up they told me how sweet and calm she was the whole time which eased my worries about her first vet visit and i know they were kind to her. They even called the next day to check in and make sure Mango was doing well with the take home treatment. Overall a positive experience even while dealing with the stressful situation of having a sick kitty. Thank you for your kindness Via Verde Animal Hospital team!“

“Wonderful service, brought our pet Rabbit in and they knew exactly what he needed and I felt that the pricing was right on and he got nails trimmed, gland cleaning , update shots, exam and antibiotics for a runny nose.They handled him with extreme care and loved the in detail explanation of everything that they are looking for and what was recommended. Looking forward to bringing in all of our pets here. Basil hops, our Rabbit was very calm and liked the way he was handled“

“I’ve been here before on-and-off over the last decade to get my dogs’ vaccinations done and now the wonderful staff here are the reason this is my go-to vet. Very warm personalities and helpful when I have questions. They are very busy and sometimes I have to call several times before getting through to someone. But even with my giant, unruly dog, they are sweet and don’t judge.Their vaccination hours book up quick but last time I went, I showed up at 10:30am and was able to be seen about an hour later (there were about 6 people ahead of me). Appointments for vaccinations not available but get there early and you should be fine.***6/24Everything from before is still true except the wait times. They’re longer now, but it is still definitely worth it. I have shown up at 8:30am (clinic opens up at 9:30am) before to find people sitting in line who brought lawn chairs. Definitely expect a wait.If you’re showing up for vaccinations ONLY, they’ll see you starting at 9:30am. If you need an exam by the doctor, don’t bring your pet at 9:30am because the doctor isn’t on site until 11am. I’d recommend showing up around 8:30am, adding your name to the list and then coming back at 11am with your pet. (I went recently and was maybe 4th or 5th on the list to see the doctor and was seen around 1:30pm). If you have a scheduled surgery for your pet, they ask you to bring him/her at 9:30am and pick up between 5:30-6pm the same day. All in all, I still love this place, the nurses are wonderful to my giant dog despite the fact that he is a big baby, and the prices are fair (the nurse/assistants will give you the quote).“

“It's a nice community vet, friendly people and staff. What's not to like? Maybe the Karen's that attend there, but they aren't your problem it's their's(vet). If you can ignore that then it's great. Highly recommend.“
“They assisted me with euthanasia and cremation for my 16 year old dog today and I was treated with the upmost compassion and understanding. They let me take all the time my husband and I needed to be with him in my dog's final hour and I will always be grateful. Thank you so much for the care and compassion an elderly dog needs when it's time to go.“

“My dog was coughing like crazy at 1AM on a Saturday morning. Being first time dog person I had no idea what coughing sounds like for a dog. I was so concerned and researched online for vet places nearby that were open on Saturdays and landed on Pomona Valley Vet Hospital. I called them as soon as they opened shop and they quickly set up appointment for my dog for same morning. I feel so fortunate and grateful. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. He was thorough and patient. He ordered an x ray which confirmed my dog had bronchitis and prescribed meds appropriately. He went over x ray w me and explained meds for me. He even read and interpreted blood results for me that another vet took 2 months ago, who did not explain numbers to me. I am very please here and will make it my dog’s permanent vet place.“

“My family has been using Mt. View Veterinary Hospital since 1972, when it was located on Foothill Blvd and was called Plaza Veterinary Clinic. I can not remember the name of the original veterinarian, but we were with Dr. Dennis Culley for his entire tenure, as well as Dr. Bill Dickey and several others. It is the finest Veterinary provider that I/we have had the pleasure and privilege of utilizing. We applaud the staff for providing outstanding care for our animals and being sensitive to our related needs. They are the best!“
