Customers feel their pets are in good hands with the wonderful and caring staff. They appreciate the hospital's prompt service and willingness to go the extra mile, even helping to save a puppy that was refused care elsewhere. While the hospital may be a bit pricier than some, customers acknowledge the high level of care and attention their pets receive, as well as the staff's efforts to make medications more affordable.
We were a walk in client looking for end of life care for our 14 year old pup. The staff set us up in a room, explained how the procedure would take place, and answered all our first time questions. The staff was so compassionate and sensitive to our dog, each one of us in the room and kept checking in waiting for our timing. Between tears and lots of emotion, we put her to rest within a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you to the team for such a beautiful first experience, we are so grateful.
