Really happy with my experience here! This was my first time going to this clinic, so I called ahead to ask how their system works since I wasn’t sure if they were appointment-only or walk-ins. They explained that they’re walk-in only and see the first 10 patients, and they were kind enough to call me when it was our turn to be seen.

Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating from the beginning. My dog is VERY anxious, and the staff did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. They were all so patient and gentle with him, which I really appreciated.

Yes, you do have to wait sometime to be seen. The doctor is very nice and the nurses are also very nice. Very helpful and explain everything you need to know about your cat or dog. Everyone I spoke with seem to really love her. I’ve been going there for 20 years plus other people it was my first time on your first day. Try to be there before 9:30 and wait in line they do take the first 10 or 11 people depends on how many emergencies doctor has office is closed on Sunday and Wednesday she doesn’t do surgeries on Saturday so try to get there Saturday Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday they open at 9:30 doctor arrives later but they will put you in line and call you when… read full review

My dog was very sick. She's like my child. And I had took her to the emergency the day before they were saying that what's going to cost me $700 to do some glad work on her. I told them just give me Some medicine or something still hold her out until Monday, that day that I took her to her own doctor she was a 100 times better. I love everybody there and nurses. A doctor you're so kind and understanding. They don't charge your arm in the lake.
