“My 90-year-old mother's AC went out. It was 110 degrees outside, and she was without air for two days before I found out. I was desperate to find someone to get out there the same day or sooner. The lady I spoke to contacted a technician in the field, and he went over within the hour. As it turned out, the compressor was blown and there was fluid all over the place—the worst-case scenario.The technician called me and made arrangements to replace everything. It wasn't cheap, but it was fair. Her neighbor took my mom in for the night, and the next day the crew worked from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. At one point, there were three trucks there. It was miserably hot, but they worked all day in the attic and outside in the sun. Mom's unit was 30 years old. We had options to replace individual parts for a lesser amount, but the system was original and just worn out. They gave us options, and I couldn't be happier.By the way, I live in LA and coordinated all of this over the phone. My mom was really happy with the crew and said they were genuinely nice and helpful.”
