“As a repeat customer, I can honestly say Hammer has earned my trust. They recently tackled a root intrusion problem under our home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their persistence, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right. Danny was my main point of contact throughout the project, and he was outstanding. He took the time to explain every step of the process, discuss what might or might not work, and methodically figure out how the sewer/water lines were routed beneath the house. Rather than taking shortcuts, the crew worked collaboratively to problem-solve and refused to give up until they found the solution. Micah and Bruno supported Danny and were equally impressive. They were conscientious, friendly, genuine, and clearly took pride in their work. The entire crew shared the same goal: doing the best possible job for their clients. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and teamwork were evident every step of the way. They spent two full days working tirelessly to clear the roots, identify and map the lines, install a new cleanout, camera-inspect the system, and restore everything to proper working order. They also cleaned up thoroughly and even patched the concrete patio after completing the work. Best of all, they stayed true to their original bid.
We don't live in Palm Springs full-time, so I made the trip specifically to be there during the project. It was absolutely worth the trip to witness firsthand the crew's incredible work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to solving a difficult problem correctly rather than simply taking the easy route. We now have a new cleanout, all the roots cleared, camera-verified lines, and a free-flowing sewer line and shower once again. That peace of mind is priceless.
Can I just say, I heart Danny! His communication, honesty, patience, and expertise made a stressful situation so much easier. My sincere thanks to Danny, Micah, Bruno, and the entire team (And Supervisor Rob W, who always responds). They are not only skilled professionals but genuinely good people. I am deeply appreciative of their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing company they can trust.”
