In Palm Springs ca . They were using a electrical heater that they plug into wall since gas company charges a monthly fee . Whether you use the gas or not. Hoa pays for hot water and cold water . So since I’m selling, I had to call Southern California Gas to turn the gas back on 11 days later was turned on tech turned furnace gas value on correctly.
Now I have a warm condo for new owners.
