They came out the next day, with a working part, and even got my refund from the warranty from Hague and refunded it for me. Didn't have to do a thing. $155 for the service call seemed a little high, but honestly it's a relief to have a group so reliable and helpful. Worth the cost and will use them again for my needs.“
