“My iPhones screen had a glitch and I didn’t want to buy a new iPhone so I came here because of the awesome reviews and it did not disappoint! As soon as I walked up Kemal assisted me immediately and right away started working on my phone. He gave me options of what type of screen I wanted (genuine apple screen or a cheaper screen). I went with the cheaper screen because I couldn’t tell the difference and Im glad he let me browse my phone with the screen before deciding if I wanted to keep the cheaper screen of go with the original apple part. The entire process took about 15-20 minutes. Overall I was very satisfied with the whole process and would definitely come back if I ever (hopefully not) have a damaged phone. It also comes with a one year warranty!“

“Want to start off by saying that about 4 days ago I called asking for the shops hours and a sweet, friendly gal answered all my questions and mentioned that Eric would be able to help because she will be leaving soon.Eric Was so kind and extremely patient answeringALL my questions regarding purchasing a hot spot tower.,, I recommend this location 100% even though the taxes are 10% and I could have gone down the street from where I work at In Fullerton and only pay 7.75% but being loyal to AMAZINGLY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE is number 1 to me as & paying the extra on taxes I don't mind because CUSTOMER SERVICE seems to be dead but NOT HERE! “My fiance's iPhone12 mini's screen got cracked awhile back and we wanted to get it replaced. iRepair Cellular is right next to the Old Navy in the Whittwood shopping plaza, also close to Kohl's and Target. It's a very easy to find location. The tech that helped us with the screen replacement was super fast. It probably only took 5-10 minutes. The cost seemed fair, at $100. (on the website, Apple supposedly charges $230 for the same service!) And he even threw in a free screen protector for us, and installed it really fast too. All in all, it was a very easy and pleasant transaction. I hope we won't need to go back, but if we do, I'd return back for the same fast service. Thanks!(One small update, 02/06/24, my fiancé’s phone has been overheating a lot more since changing out the new screen. We went back and the tech at the shop let us know that replacement screens are LED screens and different from Apple screen materials, and can trap heat more. But of course the Apple screens cost much more. We still feel like we made the right decision, but it’s something to be aware of!)“
