Real cool guy that helped me out today. I didn’t get his name but it was the Caucasian fella with red hair. He was very honest and helped check out my custom build that was having issues. He showed me how my ram card was left barely loose from another pc tech guy that was trying to scam me.

I called geek squad my washer had been making lots of noise and not washing clothes properly. I called geek squad and I got an appointment pretty quickly. The lady and gentleman who came out to our home in covina were excellent! Very easy diagnosed problem communicated the problem to me, ordered parts and gave me a return appointment. They both returned went straight to work and fixed the problem I couldn't ask for a better experience! My washer works better than when it was brand new! Thank you two very much im sorry it took so long for the review. Thank you for the great job!

Had an issue with my computer and made an appointment to have a Geek Squad tech to look for malware and other issues. Tech Raymond got the ball rolling and had my computer checked in. Came back a couple days later to pick up my computer which had antivirus software installed. Tech Raymond helped me install antivirus on cellphone and tablet. Very happy with Geek Squads service.
