The service was nice and fast, I already pinned up the pants to the length I wanted going in so they just worked off that for all 5 pants and did an amazing job. Monday was a drop off and Thursday was pick up. Pretty quick if it's not an emergency.“

Jazmine is especially wonderful when it comes to alterations. I'm on the shorter end, so I often need my dresses altered. “I wish I could give 10 stars. I had a beautiful (and expensive) skirt that was the victim of a HUGE spill at a wedding 1 yr ago (a mix of beer/wine/the works). I brought it to 3 different cleaners over the past year, but no one was able to get the stains out. I even had one place take the pleats out to clean it and repleat it but the stains didn’t budge. Harbour cleaners was my last stop before the dumpster, but they miraculously removed ALL of the stains and my skirt looks brand new!! Everyone there is also super friendly. Highly recommend.“

I’ve been going to them for the better part of six years now (couple pairs of pants, suit jacket with too long of sleeves, etc.) and every time they deliver. They are always kind and do their best to make whatever happen for you. I had to specifically come and leave a review today because yesterday I was in a pinch. Purchased some new jeans and while I loved them, they were a bit too long, (32’s, I’m 5’6 lol). We started a project 6 years ago with an idea of a backpack that did not exist. We launched Skili Gear at the 2024 Shot Show. We had a fantastic launch and opportunity to be part of a very special event in May of 2024 that show cased our gear. We kicked off the order end of Jan after confirming capacity and material ok with a March delivery (With previous supplier / NOT CUSTOM FAB). In April we were told they would not meet our deadline.
We did not accept as this would crush a new company launching into such a competitive and talented market. I reached out to Ariel Perez (Custom FAB Sales MGR) whom I had met at Shot Show, explained the situation and he agreed to give it a shot and help.
We shipped all material for the job from the East to West Coast where Ariel and his team went to work. Custom FAB went way out of the norm working overtime, weekends, and evening hand delivering to my hotel so I could hand carry back to meet the event deadline.
If we had not met Ariel and Brian at Shot Show, we would have destroyed everything we had worked for the past 6 years. They are fantastic people, do what they say, and honest.
