First of all, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I needed a dress dry cleaned on short notice, and while most places would have said no, they were willing to see what they could do. Jazmine is especially wonderful when it comes to alterations. I'm on the shorter end, so I often need my dresses altered. She listens carefully to what you're looking for and ensures everything fits just right.
