“This was my first time using any dry cleaning service ever, and I needed it for the most expensive dress I own -- my wedding gown. Alex was such a delight to work with, so kind and professional. And my dress looks brand new, which is a huge statement given how dirty it was when I brought it in (it rained on my wedding day which was mainly outdoors, and my gown pretty much mopped the cobble stone at the venue).
