First off, Saro is the best! The customer service at Harbour Cleaners is elite. He's is kind, sensible and knows all his returning clients by name. He remembers all the conversations he has and is truly a wonderful person. The first two times I came here, they were both expedited orders. I needed to dry clean two suits within two days. Although he was backed up, he was able to make it happen. On one occasion, he reached out to his friend, and the other time, he was able to do it himself. For this, I appreciate him and Harbour Cleaners so much!

Called them and spoke to Sora (Owner/Operator) and explained I had to rush some suits and shirts to clean for a couple of important occasions. No problem. He gave me a couple of options and his attitude and accommodations made it an easy choice to go there. Thanks Sora.
