“I've been utilizing the cleaners since I've moved to Whittier about six years ago. Never had any problems. I'd also like to add that I am doing a five star review for them because we forgot to pick up some very important dance uniforms Saturday before they closed. I went into recon mode, trying to find out how to reach somebody to see if they would make an exception and allow us to pick it up on Sunday morning because we needed it for church. I hunted them down on Facebook and even hunted down one of the employees lol. Much to our relief someone hit us back and said that they would gladly meet us on a Sunday to pick up the important items. Needless to say that's true Customer Service and I am grateful because it could have been worse. Thanks again!“

Jazmine is especially wonderful when it comes to alterations. I'm on the shorter end, so I often need my dresses altered. I am getting my dress custom made in Oaxaca, but since I cannot fly to Oaxaca for a fitting, Mary offered to fit and tailor me when I explained my situation! She is such a sweetheart and very professional. She asked qualifying questions, like to show her the style of dress and how high will my heels be. She took extra measurements, just in case they needed specifics. She made sure I understood her markings so that I can explain them to my Oaxaqueña seamstress.
