“Owner hand wrote someone else's name on the tags of two of my custom made and monogrammed dress shirts using black ink. After some back and forth, she offered to try and clean it but when I brought it in she was worried it might smear.The dry cleaning itself was good. They only do this for dress shirts so if you're dropping off a dress shirt, especially an expensive one, ask them not to write on it and use a tag.I attached a photo but redacted the other person's name for privacy reasons. Bad day.“

“I had a pair of shorts hemmed here this week. They did really good work quickly- it was finished the next day, and they look great. The only worker I had contact with was a Korean man (I think named Yoon?), and he was very polite and helpful, so maybe there was a change in ownership since the previous reviews.“

“I have gone to many dry cleaners, I really like Imperial Valley Cleaners, the staff is always really nice and their prices are very good in this tough economy. If you want same day cleaning you have to drop the clothing as early possible for same day turnaround. There is also a small fee for same day service.
