The service was nice and fast, I already pinned up the pants to the length I wanted going in so they just worked off that for all 5 pants and did an amazing job. Monday was a drop off and Thursday was pick up. Pretty quick if it's not an emergency.“

(Below is story how we met, Above is the bottom line)

We started a project 6 years ago with an idea of a backpack that did not exist. We launched Skili Gear at the 2024 Shot Show. We had a fantastic launch and opportunity to be part of a very special event in May of 2024 that show cased our gear. We kicked off the order end of Jan after confirming capacity and material ok with a March delivery (With previous supplier / NOT CUSTOM FAB). In April we were told they would not meet our deadline.
We did not accept as this would crush a new company launching into such a competitive and talented market. I reached out to Ariel Perez (Custom FAB Sales MGR) whom I had met at Shot Show, explained the situation and he agreed to give it a shot and help.
We shipped all material for the job from the East to West Coast where Ariel and his team went to work. Custom FAB went way out of the norm working overtime, weekends, and evening hand delivering to my hotel so I could hand carry back to meet the event deadline.
If we had not met Ariel and Brian at Shot Show, we would have destroyed everything we had worked for the past 6 years. They are fantastic people, do what they say, and honest.

I brought it to 3 different cleaners over the past year, but no one was able to get the stains out. I even had one place take the pleats out to clean it and repleat it but the stains didn’t budge. Harbour cleaners was my last stop before the dumpster, but they miraculously removed ALL of the stains and my skirt looks brand new!! Everyone there is also super friendly. Highly recommend.“

For regular shoes like Converse, the price is $20. Prices seem to vary a bit depending on the shoe's complexity — for example, a pair of New Balance sneakers with a lot of detailing also cost $35.

“Prices may differ depending on your item but this was my experience: I had 2 sports equipment bags with zippers that were off the track & could not zip. Both relatively new, so $20 each was a no hesitation win! My 3rd item was a king size blanket that was $30 to clean. I hadn't shopped around on prices and I don't have the patience to wait at a manual laundromat. I was only hesitant because the blanket was only $50 on sale to begin with; but I digress. The owner was very nice and this cleaner came highly recommended on the neighborhood pages, so I trust the prices are reasonable. They did a great job on it & it was returned cleaned & folded with double hangers. Another review had commented they will not call when it is done; which is true. They'll tell you the pick up date when you drop your items off. Just make a reminder in your phone. :) I had tucked my claim ticket into my wallet but they can also pull up your order by phone number if you lose / forget it. Highly recommend! Will definitely return again.“
