For the exam, Dr. Lam was very thorough and answered all the questions and concerns we had. “We had a great experience with this hospital. Everybody including the staff are very nice, they were all caring and they know what they are doing. The cost is so affordable and they are also giving promos. The vet is genuinely caring for the pets and helping pet owners get an affordable price with great service. The care, kindness and overall service they provide are worth it. We live 30 mins away and we would be willing to travel this far and make them our primary hospital to our 5 pets (2 dogs, 3 cats).

“We've brought our pets here since 2020 and I can't reccomend a better vet. Our dog Roxie has been seen by tons of vets over the years but he was the first to notice the health issues that were so apparent after he explained them to us. We've taken all of our dogs here since and even after moving an hour away, we make the trip to see Doctor Ash. He is the only vet I know that truly cares for your pets well being and is realistic and reasonable with treatment options. He was patient with our dogs who were terrified of vets, understood their body language and how to approach. And with my dog who has no fear of the vet, he gets right to it and still treats my boy with respect. We will never go to another vet again! ?❤️“

“We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google.

They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, and clearly explained the situation and treatment options. Because the stone was too large to pass naturally, surgery was recommended. They walked us through the procedure, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled surgery for the very next day.

The entire visit took about 3 hours, and we felt our dog was in very good hands the whole time. She is now on the road to recovery, and we’re so grateful for the care she received. We also appreciate that this hospital is closer to home — we’ve definitely found our new vet.

I love that we go through vaccines, my concerns, talk about food, etc. Busy place, but they give you all the time you need.

“I came in with no patient history for my cat needing emergency care. They ultimately couldn’t help me, but that’s not their fault—they just weren’t equipped for what I needed.

“I know this vets since I was a teen, 42 years to be exact. They are the most reasonable vets I know. Unfortunately they have cut their walking hours to only 3 hours a day during the week. But if you are there before they open, you can get in and out for quick visits.“

When I walked in the office was absolutely spotless, which isn't usually the case in a veterinary office naturally with animals running all over the place. Dr. Beshai is truly exceptional. He involved me in the treatment plan every step of the way and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which I deeply appreciated. His care, patience, and expertise made me feel completely confident that my dog was in the best hands. He is an amazing doctor and truly excellent at what he does.

The office is also impressively efficient—scheduling was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make my dog feel loved and safe. They’ve recently remodeled, and the new space is absolutely stunning. It’s one of the biggest and most luxurious veterinary offices I’ve ever seen, with an open lobby, marble accents, adorable animal portraits, and an ambiance you don’t usually find in vet clinics. It’s refreshing to see such a clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed space.

While my dog was getting bloodwork and X-rays, the manager even took me on a tour of the facility so I could see their new technology and future plans for the space, which was such a nice touch. On surgery day, drop-off was smooth, and I loved the early drop-off option—it made it easy to work around my schedule. Pickup was just as seamless.

“i feel like i know of a hidden treasure coming to this place and i almost don’t want to write this review lest anything changes when an influx of people flock! but, you need to know. this place is legitimately the best vet ever. not only are they open basically all day, but their prices are very reasonable, and more than that their staff—especially Chloe, a caretaker for boarding—is phenomenal. i have a deaf blind 75lb puppy w lots of energy and they figured out a way to safely entertain him while i leave him for dayboarding. he literally needs to be dragged out of the facility bc he wants to stay! i just love it here and want to give each and every staff person from receptionist to vet a shout out.
